Details
Asamushi is traditional Japanese tea steaming method and suitable for tea leaves grown in mountains. There are three tea steaming method; Asamushi, Chu-mushi, Fuka-mushi. In generally speaking, Chu-mushi steams 40 to 90 seconds so Asamushi steams less than Chu-mushi, Fukamushi steams more than Chu-mushi.
