This is a premium Maatcha carefully ground on a stone mortar using the “Samidori” cultivar. The tea leaves were grown by Shigemi Oishi, a benevolent farmer in Tenryu region in Shizuoka, in a natural tea garden with a traditional terraced roof.
Please enjoy the vibrant, bright green color and delicious Umami taste of Samidori. This Matcha can be served as Koicha, thick tea. Aluminum packaging reduces production cost.
It can also be enjoyed as a dark green tea.
