Fukamushi tea is tea that has been steamed, immediately after harvest for a comparatively long time of over 100 seconds. This long steaming results in a dark green tea.

This my husband's opinion (I don't drink tea/coffee) - it's tasty. Also, he has a comment about about the blended tea bag: the hojicha taste is too strong and wonders if sencha and matcha could be available in a bag?
