What is MATCHA powder? Matcha is made from Tencha that grown under the shade approximately three to four weeks rather than the full sun. use only leaves and ground to a fine powder.

Green tea powder's aqueous components are Catechin, Caffeine, Vitamin C, Theaine, and R-amino butyric acid.

Green tea powder's non-aqueous components such as B-carotene,Vitamin E, and Dietary fiber are thrown away when green tea is drunk although much of them are contained in tea leaves. MATCHA Powdered green tea has benefit of all the components and the highest amount of retained nutrients of all green teas.
