Matcha is the type of tea that is used in the tea ceremony. It is made by stone grinding the dried tea leaves called "Tencha" to a fine powder. Tencha is made in the same way as gyokuro, but by drying without rolling. The very popular Matcha powder made affordable. It is a value-priced Matcha for everyday.

COMMENTS

You need one tea spoon (2gms) of matcha powder for 60ml to 100ml of hot water. Simply whisk the mixture with a chasen (a bamboo whisk) to frothy. You dont need to be a Japanese tea master to make a frothy bowl of matcha tea. It becomes easier after a few tries.
