SENCHA

Asamushi (Light steam)

OR Fukamushi (Deep steam)

$$- $$$$

Sencha is the most popular type of Japanese green tea. It has refreshing natural taste that can be describe as vegetal, but in a sublime, mouth-watering way; well balanced of sweetness and bitterness flavor. The tea has pleasing light green appearance. Japanese green tea is first steamed to prevent oxidization of the leaves. Then, the leaves are rolled, shaped, and dried. This step creates the customary needle shape of the tea. Finally, after drying, the leaves are fired to aid in their preservation and to add flavor.
Asamushi is traditional process (less steaming time than Fukamushi).
Fukamushi Sencha steamed a longer time. This process makes it richer but less bitter less tasting.
Fukamushi sencha looks more powdery and the color of liquor is deeper green than Asamushi Sencha.

Organic Green Tea

$$- $$$

Our 100 percent organic leaves are grown in the remote tea farm deep in the mountains. It is a challenging condition for growing tea leaves. But this condition ensures that our growing lot to be isolated from other farms and crop fields, and our organic green tea to be free from pesticides and herbicides.

Gyokuro

Gyokuro Karigane

$$$$

Superior and carefully cultivated tea. The trees are covered to avoid the direct sun light for 2-3 weeks when sprouts come out. It has a vivid green color and a tender sweet and characteristic flavor; it differs from ordinary tea in terms of taste, flavor, and infusion methods. It is recommended for people who are already enjoying Japanese green tea and wish to experience the exquisite taste of the finest tea.

Matcha

$$$-$$$$$

Matcha is the type of tea that is used in the tea ceremony. It is made from skillfully cultivated, shade-grown tea leaves called "Tencha" that have been meticulously stone-ground into a fine powder. (Tencha is made in the same way as Gyokuro, but by drying without rolling.) Matcha bursts with a bold, rich herbaceous flavor in the mouth

Aracha (unsorted)

$$

Once tea leaves are plucked, they are immediately steamed and at the end of the process, they are separated by the parts and graded into sencha, mecha(buds), kukicha(stem) and konacha(coase) and the  finishing touch will be added to each tea.

Aracha is the tea before separating by the parts after steaming, so you may find a mixture of stem, buds and coarse leaves and its shape or size may be irregular.

Karigane, Kukicha,
stem collected from premium sencha process; it differs from basic Sencha - lighter than Sencha but rather smooth with a subtle sweetnesss. Stems is rich in Teanin that provides an element of sweetness and flavor to the tea. Karigane, Kukicha (stem) is less expensive than Sencha as it is a by-product so you can enjoy the higher grade tea leaves at the reasonable price. Excellent value and very relaxing flavor.

Mecha, collect small buds. Mecha is often regarded as being as good as the best Sencha because of the distinctiveness, its sharp bold flavor and aroma. Mecha is bold and bittersweet

Konacha, coarse powdery tea, remained products after removed stem and buds. Sushi restaurants in Japan serve as the perfect compliment to their meals. vivid dark green and refreshing taste.
